Received an request to design a protective package for an induction cooker. The size of the induction cooker is: 375*280*63mm. 

Because of its flat surface, a good protection effect can be achieved with a simple Airbag packaging design.We take two pieces of End Cap and directly wrap most of the surface. There is a part left unpacked, which can be used for placing wires and other accessories. 

The customer was very satisfied with this design. First, it reduces the cost, no need to open a mold, and the material cost itself is lower than the original foam. Second, the air bag packaging is beautiful and simple, and it also improves the packaging efficiency.
